Colombia Inzá verte

The province of Inzá is located in Southwestern Colombia within the greater Department of Cauca. Like most of  Colombia, Cauca is home to very high altitude farms, many above the 2000 meter mark. The farm planted in Typica and Caturra, and Timor cultivar trees. This coffee has baking goods character. The tasting notes are Molasses, sugar, date, and a little bit almond after taste
