Guatemala Antigua Carmona

The coffee farm we are getting from, Pulcal, is an old coffee estate in Antigua. The coffee was planted in the late 1800s and first exported in 1918. Pulcal farm planted in old Typica and Bourbon cultivar trees. This coffee has a sweet and balanced character. The tasting notes are brown sugar sweetness, apple-like acidity, dark chocolate, almond, raisin, and fig.
